Greg Bogdan

Mr. Bogdan has extensive experience in the areas of estate and general tax planning, tax compliance, financial consulting and accounting. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1979.
In 1995, he and his partner Alex Frasco founded Bogdan & Frasco, LLP. Prior to 1995, he was a tax partner for seven years at Sugarman & Company where he gained valuable experience with estates, trusteeships, receiverships and bankruptcy estates. He was previously associated with the national accounting firms of Peat Marwick and Arthur Andersen.
Alexander Frasco
Mr. Frasco has extensive experience in the areas of general tax planning, tax compliance, representing taxpayers in tax controversies, financial consulting, litigation consulting and accounting. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1980.
In 1995, he and his partner Greg Bogdan founded Bogdan & Frasco, LLP. Prior to 1995, he was a tax partner for more than eight years at Sugarman & Company, San Francisco. Prior to joining Sugarman & Company in 1985, he was associated with Touche Ross & Company and Arthur Young & Company.
Mr. Frasco holds a B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and an M.B.A. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
Craig Lewis

Mr. Lewis has extensive knowledge in the areas of estate and general tax planning, tax compliance, and in employee stock option compensation and planning.
Mr. Lewis has been working at Bogdan & Frasco since 1998 and became a partner in 2014. He was previously associated with the national accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. He holds a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

Mr. Forbus has extensive knowledge in employee stock option compensation and tax planning. He is also very familiar with small businesses (e.g. corporations, LLCs and partnerships), self-employed individuals and accounting systems (e.g. Quickbooks, Xero).
Mr. Forbus is a California State University, Hayward (now East Bay) graduate with a Business Administration degree Specializing in Accounting. He started his career with Bogdan & Frasco, LLP and continues to be a recognizable name amongst our clients. He is also a board member of the San Francisco Rotary Club #2 and volunteers his time as a member on service projects within the community.
